The business employs a Membership model with Members appointed from staff and non-staff on an equal basis. This provides a balanced of perspective on major issues and in oversight of our work.
Our Board also operates on a balanced model - with non-staff and staff elected by Members to sit as Company Directors. The Board operates in the same way as any other business, providing governance oversight and scrutiny as well as supporting the development of strategy and policy.
Our strategic aims, driven by a Theory of Change Model defines our objectives, KPIs and motivates our staff and associates to deliver high-quality, sustainable, social impact.
